By accessing or using Arcana Beast ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
Arcana Beast is a companion application for the Arcana Beast tabletop roleplaying game. You may use the Service to:
- Create and manage Beast Binder and Arcana Beast records for personal use
- Browse the Codex and reference materials
- Use the random generator tools
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Submit false or misleading information
- Abuse, harass, or harm other users
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Content
Content you create within the Service (Beast Binders, Arcana Beast, notes) remains yours. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it as part of providing the Service. We do not sell your content to third parties.
5. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to provide the Service â your name, email address, and the game data you create. We do not sell personal data. Account data may be deleted upon request by contacting us through the Contact page.
6. Intellectual Property
The Arcana Beast game system, lore, artwork, and associated materials are the intellectual property of their respective creators. This application is provided as a companion tool and does not grant any ownership rights over the underlying game content.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that data will never be lost. Please back up any important campaign data independently.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will note the date of the last update at the top of this page.
